Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers is expanding its footprint in Colorado to a new location at 9721 Park Meadows Drive in the city of Lone Tree. The restaurant, slated to open in early summer 2013, will serve as a key anchor in Lone Tree’s “Entertainment District,” a 130-acre complex of entertainment attractions, restaurants and offices, located at the intersection of Yosemite Street and Park Meadows Drive.
The 6,800-square-foot restaurant will feature seating for 280 people, an indoor/outdoor bar and a 1,500-square-foot, enclosed, heated and cooled patio with vast mountain views and a fire pit, making it an attractive option for guests 365 days a year. Construction on the 70s, retro-mod style restaurant began in February.
